EstiAge - Estimate the Age of a mutation

Loading a phased VCF File for EstiAge

It is crucial that the file only contains samples carrying the variant to estimate.
The VCF must be phased, bgzipped and tabixed.
At this moment, only files based on the GRCh37/hg19 reference genome are accepted.

The target variant is expected to be heterozygous for every samples in the file

The target variant is expected to be homozygous for every samples in the file

Haplotype reconstruction method:

Classical: Stops when multiple haplotypes are ex aequo

Longest Haplotye: Ignore ex aequo alleles to get the longest haplotype possible
